We currently ship orders to eligible locations within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Some products may require additional processing time depending on availability and fulfillment location.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact us so we can assist you.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
